Phone Sex At The Office

I found this article while cruising the web that pertained to phone sex and sexual harassment so naturally I had to check it out. I had to read the article twice and still don’t get the sexual harassment. We have a secretary who had been employed with a company for about four months. Allegedly she had been having phone sex and sexual conversations at work for up to five hours a day. She was also exchanging sexually provocative emails with co workers.

Here’s where a “new” employee” comes into the picture. The new employee for some reason not mentioned had a problem with this and repeatedly reported this to upper management saying she could not bear to hear the phone sex conversations.

As if by magic, some copies of the first employees sexually seductive emails ended up on her desk and she took them to the VP. The VP then allows the secretary (the one having the phone sex) to resign. Are you with me so far?

Since this has taken place the “new employee” has been written up repeatedly for tardiness. Guess what, the new bitch got her way and got the phone sex co-worker out of the office. That was not good enough since for some reason can not get to work on time wants to use the issue of the phone sex as an excuse. She has claimed the VP did not report the “sexual harassment” to human resources and that she is unjustly being retaliated against for her actions reporting the phone sex going on in the office.

The companies only statement was that there was a breach of security involving improper access to emails.

I say good for the company. The world is full of whining asshole employees that have nothing better to do than stir up shit at work. Hell, this whining bitch should be glad she has a job. If corporate America were run efficiently half of their employees would be out of work. Of course I just might have a biased view since I would love nothing more than to have hot phone sex with a secretary. :)
